Cancellation & Refund

Effective 21 June 2026

Refund policy, plainly: cancel more than 35 days before you travel and we return your deposit, less a ₹3,000 admin fee. From 35 days out, the deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due 30 days before you travel, and once it's paid the booking is non-refundable. If we have to cancel on you, you get a full refund or a free rebook. If a government restriction or a disaster makes the trip impossible, we reschedule you or refund what we can recover. The rules apply to everyone, equally.

1. How to cancel

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to hitusup@curanza.in and take effect from the date we receive them.

2. If you cancel

The charges below reflect costs we have already committed to suppliers on your behalf. They are a genuine pre-estimate of those costs, not a penalty.

When you cancel (before journey start)Outcome
More than 35 days beforeDeposit refunded, less a ₹3,000 administration fee, and less any non-recoverable payment-gateway or third-party charges already incurred.
35 days or fewer before (balance not yet paid)Deposit is non-refundable.
After the balance is paid / within 30 days of startNo refund. The booking is fully committed.
No-show or after the journey has begunNo refund.

Where we are in fact able to recover committed costs from a supplier for your booking, we will pass any recovered amount back to you.

3. Exceptional circumstances (medical or unforeseen)

In a documented medical emergency or other genuine unforeseen event, you may instead choose to convert your payment into credit toward a future Curanza journey: (a) with 30 or more days' notice before start, 100% of the amount paid as credit; (b) with less than 30 days' notice but before start, 25% of the amount paid as credit.

Credit must be used within 12 months of the original journey start date, after which it expires.

4. If we cancel

If we cancel or materially change a confirmed booking for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for the affected booking, or a free rebook onto an equivalent future Curanza journey.

If a force majeure event (such as a government travel restriction, natural disaster, epidemic or similar) prevents your journey, we will reschedule you, offer a credit, or refund the amounts we can reasonably recover from suppliers.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
