Payment Terms

In short: you pay a deposit to confirm, and the balance 30 days before you travel. We use a secure payment gateway and never store your card details.

1. Payment schedule

1.1 Deposit: 45% of the total package price, payable at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed only once we issue written confirmation and your payment clears.

1.2 Balance: the remaining 55%, due no later than 30 days before your journey start date.

1.3 If the balance is not paid by its due date, we will send a reminder allowing at least 3 business days, after which the booking may be cancelled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. How you can pay

2.1 We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and digital wallets through our payment partner, Razorpay. Card and payment details are handled by the payment gateway; we do not store them.

2.2 Payment-gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable once incurred.

3. Pricing, taxes and currency

3.1 Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes, unless a journey is specifically priced in a local or foreign currency for its destination.

3.2 Where a journey is priced in, or settled in, a foreign currency, the amount payable for each instalment may be calculated at the exchange rate applicable on the date the payment is processed. Once a payment is processed it is not re-adjusted for later exchange-rate movement.

3.3 After confirmation, your price will not change except for ordinary currency conversion on unpaid instalments or unavoidable supplier-driven cost increases.

4. Confirmation

4.1 A booking is provisional until we issue written confirmation by email. The contract between you and Curanza forms at that point, once your deposit has cleared.
