Service Delivery

1.1 Curanza provides a travel planning and booking service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

1.2 After your booking is confirmed and payment has cleared, your itinerary and travel voucher are delivered electronically, by email to the address on your booking, typically within two business days of confirmation.

1.3 If you do not receive your itinerary or voucher, or need it re-sent, contact us at hitusup@curanza.in and we will resend it promptly.
